This report shows statistics on the visitors' browser language. The language is set in Firefox browser in Options->Advanced->Language and in IE in  Internet Options->General->Language.

Second level of the report shows countries of visitors with particular system language. Country is determined form IP address using IP-To-Country database.

This gives you an interesting information about in which countries the language is used. For example, you can see that French (fr) used (in top to bottom order) in France, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland
