This report shows the popularity of the web site top level directories (folders). The report is ranked by the number of times (Hits ) visitors requested web pages or any files located in that top level directory and all its subdirectories. For example, all hits on files in such folders as \pages\topic1\, \pages\topic1\subtopic\, \pages\topic2\ will be grouped and displayed in this report as hits on top level \pages\ directory.

Directory name does not include website domain name. To get a full url of the directory add your website domain name at the beginning. For example, /images/ directory means htp://www.site.com/images/. Data Transferred column shows the total number of Kb transferred  by the web server to visitors from the directories.

- Find out what logical parts or topics of your website are popular, as websites are usually grouped by folders logically.

Notes

- This report includes both successful and error hits

- / directory means the website's root directory. It includes, for example, requests to files such as htp://www.site.com/index.htm, htp://www.site.com/page1.htm, etc.

Requests for files from visitors. Each HTML document and graphic file counts as a separate hit, so hits are not always an accurate representation of the number of different visitors to your site. Hits are also referred to as requests.
