Perfection on Wheels school assembly programs can be set up in many ways.
Below you will see how we can accommodate a variety of different venues.
Size requirements the preferable size show area is 40'X 100'. However, the picture above is a pre-show set up size for 500 to 600 students. Some schools have students seated on the ground while others allow them to bring their chairs. If you are doing show indoors the general rule has been to seat the students around the area as illustrated above starting from the outside first and working inward. Whatever space that's is left is ours to work with. Sometimes the area is tight, but we are capable of making it work. We are Professionals!!!.
Set-up & time the general flatland & ramp show set-up time is approx.15 minutes or less.. Most importantly is getting power or being set up within extension cords length away for a power source. To reduced set up time be sure that any access gates are unlocked and ready for the teams. Most teams do carry there own power generator. Having a back up source of power is always good.
Option 1
Standard outdoors
This is the setup we strive for. Size:40' by 100' feet. We are able to use all of our equipment and perform our full show complete with both box & quarter pipe.

Option 2
Half pipe outdoors
Schools do not usually have our half pipe show. But it is an option we have. The area required is 30' By 40' feet. We prefer hard surfaces, but grass is an option.

Gymnasium floors
With Smaller version of our ramp we can perform in lunch rooms or gyms We have no specific size in this case, we try to be creative with what space is available.

Indoor stage
Last resort ! We will hit the stage. In the case that there is no other options we can modify our show to a stage situation. Please have all stage props cleared.

Other requirements to perform at your location
PA System:
Each team has its own professional sound system with enough sound power to reach 1000+ in attendance.
Access to the area:
In most cases we travel with a truck and trailer. The minimum height to cross is 11 ft. & width is
9 ft. It's is very important that these access requirements be met for out door set up.
